LDA Announces Mega Housing Project in Gomtinagar Extension, Lucknow

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to transform the city’s skyline with two ambitious projects worth Rs 3,300 crore. The highlight is the River View Apartments, a premium group housing project in Gomtinagar Extension, and a modern hotel-cum-commercial complex at 1090 Crossing. LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar unveiled the plans during a recent meeting with real estate stakeholders. The River View Apartments will span 51 acres in Maleshemau village, near Shaheed Path, with an investment of Rs 2,500 crore. This project will offer: 1BHK to 4BHK flats, penthouses, and affordable housing for EWS and LIG categories. Scenic views of the Gomti River from all units. World-class amenities like swimming pools, gyms, clubs, and yoga centers. The project will feature high-rise towers across three clusters, with a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 5, allowing multiple developers to participate.
